Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract to use PadlPair.

Your Account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. One person may not create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings, evade enforcement, or mislead other users.

Acceptable Use

PadlPair has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to follow these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

• No fake matches, sandbagging, collusion, or rating manipulation.
• No harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or unsafe behavior.
• No unlawful, obscene, infringing, spammy, or misleading content.
• No scraping, attacks, reverse engineering, or misuse of the service.

Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent termination.

User Content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant PadlPair a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, process, and distribute that content for operating and improving the service. You are responsible for content you post.

Ratings and Match Results

Ratings are generated from confirmed match results. We may correct, freeze, reset, or remove results or ratings when needed to protect fairness, trust, safety, or platform integrity.

In-Person Play

PadlPair helps users find and arrange games with other people. We do not organize, supervise, vet, or control any in-person match, venue, court, or user conduct. You choose whether to meet or play with others and participate at your own risk. Meet in public places, use common sense, and report unsafe behavior.

Suspension and Termination

We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when users violate these terms, our guidelines, or the law. You can delete your account from Settings.

Disclaimers and Liability

PadlPair is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific match availability, user conduct, venue safety, or rating outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PadlPair is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or in-person play-related losses.
