Community Guidelines

PadlPair is built on fair matches, honest scores, and respectful local play. These guidelines apply to profiles, posts, chats, match results, and in-person coordination.

Zero Tolerance

PadlPair has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. These rules apply to profiles, posts, chats, match results, clubs, and every other interaction on PadlPair.

Play Fair

  • No fake matches, score manipulation, sandbagging, collusion, or alternate accounts.
  • Log scores honestly and confirm results only when they are accurate.
  • Use disputes for genuine disagreements, not gamesmanship.

Respect Other Players

  • No harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination.
  • No sexual, violent, obscene, exploitative, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • No impersonation of players, clubs, venues, or PadlPair.

Stay Safe Off Court

  • Meet at public courts or venues.
  • Tell someone where you are going when meeting a new player.
  • Leave if a situation feels unsafe and report concerning behavior.

Keep It Clean

  • No spam, scams, private information sharing, or irrelevant promotion.
  • No content that violates another person's rights.
  • No attempts to bypass blocks, moderation, security, or app limits.

Report and Block

You can report users or posts from inside the app. You can also block accounts to remove them from your feed, matchmaking, and interactions. Serious issues can be emailed to support@padlpair.com.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, violations may lead to warnings, content removal, score or rating correction, feature limits, temporary suspension, permanent bans, or reports to authorities.
